One of my favorite things to do on a beautiful day is go for a drive and get lost. I play great happy songs, don't care about gas, feel proud for learning my way around and find great new places to explore! I always feel renewed, like the blues I had were tailing me & I lost them around a turn somewhere!

On a beautiful day, my favorite thing to do would be to go on a bike ride around town with Bryant. There is nothing like getting on your bike and just cruising around, the sun beating down on your face, the wind blowing by, no worries about any thing. Hmm this sounds so nice. It has finally stopped raining here in Michigan, it is currently 60 and sunny. My bike isn't here at school so I'll go for a run instead. :) I often find myself reading your blog if I’m sad, happy, or someplace in between. Sometimes when family lives apart it is "difficult" to keep in touch. Your blog makes me feel so a part of your life, my brother’s life, and that adorable niece of mine. So, thank you for filling that distance. While Bryant is away in Afghanistan I think I will send him random pictures of things that make me smile to try and fill the distance between us right now. It is the simple things that make us happy :)

A giveaway, so fun! Let's see- on a beautiful day my favorite thing to do is play outside in the sun with Sophie, doesn't matter what we are doing. And I can't wait to have a backyard because then my favorite thing will be playing in the garden, running through the sprinklers, and reading on our porch swing. Someday in the future when I have my garden and porch swing :)

Well I can think of alot of things I like to do on a beautiful day. I guess my favorite thing would be to take all three grandbabies to a park with a picnic basket full of goodies, play on the swings, the mary-go-round, and slide down the slides. Since we are not aloud to see the grandbabies this really is just a dream that I hope one day will come true.

On a beautiful day I like to lay in the grass. Watching the billowing clouds, moving, drifting, swaying making themselves into beautiful objects. I have seen many angels, dragons, faces. I believe they are God's way of giving us a small peek into heaven.....Magically the sun peeks out and even more heavenly, peaceful faces appear.....I love it...

My favorite thing to do on a beautiful day is to be in the backyard with Trevor. Usually it is "bug hunting" or me getting chased by a two year old with a hose! I never realized how many fun things there are back there until we had Trevor. And even though I have been pushing him in the swing for about 45 minutes, it is worth every second with all the comments he makes. "Hands in the air peoples!"

Now if I wasn't 8 months pregnant, I would be enjoying a cold glass of wine on the patio with my husband in the evening after the little one is tucked into bed :)
